烹饪方法:用300克鸡肉(素食者可用素肉或免此),加入5碗清水,电子煲炖4-5小时; 或用7碗清水,燃气灶小火煲2-3小时,最后加盐调味。
份量:2-3人份(适合一家大小食用)
Ingredients: Chinese Angelica (Danggui), Astragalus Root, Radix Codonopsis, Wolfberries, Black Jujube
Cooking method: Put materials together with 300g chicken (Vegetarians meat or exempt) into a slow cooker, and add 5 bowl of water, and simmer for 4-5 hours, seasoning with salt; or add 7 bowl of water and boil for 2-3 hours on a gas stove, seasoning with salt.
Serving size: 2-3 persons (suitable for whole family)
