烹饪方法:
:用300克鸡肉(素食者可用素肉或省略),加入5碗清水,使用电子煲炖4-5小时;或用7碗清水,在燃气灶上小火煲2-3小时,最后加盐调味。
糖水:加入5碗清水,使用电子煲炖2-3小时;或用7碗清水在燃气灶上小火煲1-2小时,根据个人口味加糖调味。

份量:2-3人份(适合一家大小食用)

Ingredients: Chinese Yam, Solomon’s Seal, Lotus Seeds, Euryale Ferox, Lily Bulbs, Dried Longan

Cooking method:
Soup: Put materials together with 300g chicken (Vegetarians meat or exempt) into a slow cooker, and add 5 bowl of water, and simmer for 4-5 hours, seasoning with salt; or add 7 bowl of water and boil for 2-3 hours on a gas stove, seasoning with salt.
Dessert: Add 5 bowls of water into a slow cooker to simmer for 2-3 hours; or use 7 bowls of water and simmer on a gas stove over low heat for 1-2 hours. Adjust sweetness by adding sugar to taste.

Serving size: 2-3 persons (suitable for whole family)
