吊片莲藕汤 Lotus Root Soup

成分：吊片，莲藕，花生，红枣，鸡肉

加热方式1：水煮

1. 煮沸一锅水
2. 连袋放入沸水中，煮5-10分钟
3. 把铝箔袋取出，撕开即可享用。

加热方式2：微波加热

把食物从铝箔袋取出放入适合微波的容器里，用微波炉加热3-4分钟即可享用。

注意事项：

• 存放在阴凉、干燥的地方，避免直接受热和阳光照射。打开后，请保持在冷藏状态。
• 袋子在微波炉中不能直接接触热源。
• 如果袋子鼓胀、漏液或有腐臭或酸味，请勿食用。

Ingredients: Dried Squid, Lotus Root, peanuts, red dates, Chicken

Heating Method 1: Boiling

1. Boil a pot of water
2. Place the unopened pouch into boiling water for 5-10 mins
3. Remove pouch bag from pot, open and ready to serve

Heating Method 2: Microwave

Open the pouch bag, put the soup in a container that is suitable for use in the microwave, and reheat for about 3-4 mins. Ready to serve.

CAUTION :

• Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct heat and sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
• The pouch must not have any direct heat contact in the microwave.
• Do not consume if the pouch is bloated or leaking with a rancid or sour smell and taste.
